Poweredge T630 minimum-to-POST components

What is the minimum-to-POST hardware configuration for the Poweredge T630?

    It's not open to public but this is what I found for T630:

    Minimum configuration to POST

    The components mentioned below are the minimum configuration to POST: 

    ● One processor (CPU) in socket processor 1 

    ● One memory module (DIMM) in socket A1 

    ● One power supply unit 

    ● System board 

    ● Control panel

    Single CPU single Ram without any PCI card and a power supply.

    I assume that by "power supply" you also mean the power distribution board.

    No control panel or backplane? Then which are the power switch contacts on the control panel connector?

    Some models including the same gen R730xd also require the control panel and backplane, per its manual:

    Unfortunately, the T630 manual has no minimum-to-POST section.
