Poweredge T710 PSU Redundancy Issues?

Hello all,

I have a customer with a Dell Poweredge T710 with redundant power supplies. Recently, I noticed the ESM log that PS1 and PS2 fail and come back online periodically(this has been happening for as far back as the log goes). Here is an exert from aforementioned log.

Is this normal? Or should I replace the power supplies? I realize this a likely a noob question but I would greatly appreciate any advice.
