R430 System Board Compatibility

Picked up an r430 second hand, Pins are bent in cpu socket 2 and only found that out after trying to upgrade to dual cpu, My current P/N for system board is 03xkdv but when I go online for parts, they cost more then I paid for the whole system. But when I look generically for a r430 system board I see the P/N 0cn7x8. Are these boards interchangeable or am I forced to buy the more expensive one (will probably just buy whole new server because it’s cheaper)
