R440 does not boot Debian after firmware upgrade
Hello
Using the SmartBootableISO_07_20_2018_0955 (from https://dell.app.box.com/bootabler440 from https://www.dell.com/support/article/ch/de/chdhs1/sln296511/aktualisieren-von-dell-poweredge-servern-%C3%BCber-startf%C3%A4hige-datentr%C3%A4ger-iso?lang=de#2), I installed the latest (?) firmware on one of our R440. Now, it doesn't boot anymore…
It hangs after "Booting from Hard drive C:". That's after all the BIOS messages have gone through, with no errors. It seems like it's not finding Grub of our Debian 9.4 installation, or something.
After the firmware installation finished, the following was shown:
Well, any ideas how to resurrect this machine?

Found out, that all is well… It was just, that in Grub the console was redirected to serial and there was an issue in fstab which prevented booting and the bond interface did not come up after boot…
Nothing wrong with the firmware or server.
If one disregards, that the firmware update with the ISO image did not really do all that much.
