R720 wont turn on
My R720 was operating perfectly, I shut it down for a few weeks when I was out of town. Now it won't turn on.
The power indicator on the PSU does not illuminate. I've confirmed input voltage (243v-245v). Power indicator illuminated solid green outside of the system. I swapped my 1100w dual PSU with 750w - same thing no led indicator when inside system, but solid green outside system. I tried 120v with 1100w PSU, same thing, works when outside system but not inside system.
All other 220v devices attached to UPS are operational. Removed all risers, no luck. Initially, the front Bezel LCD was flashing, but even that's not even happening anymore. Removed coin CMOS battery and let sit for 2 hours, no luck.
There is one small LED blinking inside under riser 1.
Did I burn my motherboard?
TLDR: PSU only illuminates outside the rack. Tried different PSUs, outlets, cables, removed all risers.

Hi,
You have performed the right test with the PSU that confirm they are working.
From now you can try to perform a flea power by removing all power source (remove power cord) then press and hold the button at least 10 second.
If that didn't change anything please follow this article steps:

If some hardware part need to be replaced (I suppose that your system is out of warranty) contact the support for an out of warranty repair
