R7515 didn't post

I would start by checking the power chain for the R7515, I say that as the ds3 and ds4 steady on indicates the following;

System is in power-up state S12 after user pressed the power button

Enabled power supplies and waiting for them to confirm that they can provide power to the rest of the system

So I would check the power supplies, reseat them, check cables, and if attached to a UPS you may want to try direct power.

Lastly, just to make sure, you can fint the minimum to post configurations here.
