Ram for Poweredge T310

Hello I have bought some ram for my T310s. I haven't had much success with this in the past so just asking if this is likely to be compatible and if I need to do anything in Bios to max the memory to 32GB please
The only difference I can see is that this Dell Samsung ram has shielding, don't know if this makes any difference.
