Realtek Audio HDManager Driver or software
Is there a software called realtek hd audio manager or drivers for dell power edge server tower t620 , enable sound for windows server 2022?

Since there is no audio hardware onboard to be enable, you can install an add-on sound card. Check for an open PCIe slot from your server and source for a compatible card from seller whom accept return in case there is issue with the driver compatibility with Windows server. Sound card can be installed to a low priority slot.

That confirms the initial response, there is no Realtek integrate audio on the T620. Therefore, there is no supported Realtek audio driver for this system.
The query is resolved.

A network adapter on my dell t110 II server tower has a dual network port nic that can play audio through remote desktop to the server from pc client desktop.
A usb to audio adapter port to speaker or microphone ffrom sabraent also works with no drivers configured.
My conclusion is the network adapter card does not support audio to enable through remote desktop or the sabraent usb to audio adapter to hear sound from youtube media from microsoft edge..., windows media player...

The PowerEdge server does not have integrate Realtek Audio. Therefore, a Realtek audio driver is not available for the PowerEdge T620.

A certain manufacturer brand, network card would also support audio to enable sound for any server towers, T110II , 620.....
