Reload OS on PE 730xd server

Looking at reloading the server, and went into the lifestyle controller and changed from BIOS to UEFI, and went to install the server 2025, and it wants drivers. I went on to Dell's site and downloaded the deployment drivers, but it did not recognize anything. What am I doing wrong to reload a new OS so I can get this machine running? I dont need to change anything in the raid, just want to wipe and type. I appreciate the help, thanks.
