SAS controller firmware update for 1950 without Windows
Hi all,
can anyone suggest how they get around the problem that firmware updates are provided as windows executables when you are not running windows? I am running FreeBSD and am not aware of any windows on CD that would enable me to boot up into windows in order to install this update :S

You could try the Linux package, or use a Linux Live CD, boot to this and then run the Linux update software.
