Server Hang at startup
Please help i have below problem in steps.
1st I can`t reach up at login screen server starts normally after memory test at Dell logo its shows
Dell bios version that’s the place its hang
2nd where it`s hangscreen shots attached for you information.
3rd server can`t boot up for the operating system so safe or normal boot not gain.
4th any failure notice at this screen not gain/noticed and server hang-up.
5th LCD or BIOS error not occurred after memory test dell starts screen appear where server
stuck.
i have tried the Server with the minimum post also

There is a couple things this can be.
Would you power down the server and then reseat the cable for the control panel.
Once that is completed then we need to clear the NVRAM, we do this by finding the jumper on the motherboard that is between the dimms and the power supplies. It will have PWRD_EN on one side and NVRAM_CLR on the other. Move the jumper over for the NVRAM_CLR one. Apply power to the server and then shut it down after a few seconds. Replace the jumper to the original location and then power up.
After doing this we will need to update the BIOS from 6.1 to 6.3, you can use the following link - www.dell.com/.../poweredge-r710

Did you try reseting the bios my removing the cmos battery then putting it in again let me know if fixed
