T410 iDrac upgrade

Question

Hi  Can someone please confirm if i upgrade iDrac from express to enterprise, is it just card i should be looking for or will i need some kind of license as well.

I have tried but this new card doesn't fit on to motherboard. Do i need to remove idrac express and then push this one or it is suppose to go to different place.
