Trying to get Poweredge R210 with Raid setup

Hi,

I'm trying to get by poweredge r210 II to work with raid but something strange is happening.  I originally had no Ctrl-R option to enter Raid management, but I did have Ctrl -C.  I went to the bios and changed the embedded sata to Raid and I can access the disk management using ctrl-C, but it says that my adapter is Perc S100 (..with no virtual disks listed). Under Ctrl-C, the adapter is listed as PercH200a.  I created Raid 1 for my two disks, using the Ctrl-C option (..hasn't fully initialized yet).  Any ideas on why the ctrl-R is showing no virtual disks?  Also, I'm trying to use the Dell Installation Utility but it crashes after starting (...gives ..unable to mount...).   Under the bios, I have no raid references under Integrated Devices (..or anything under IRQ section).   Thanks for any help.
