Unable to access iDrac after network change

I have a PowerEdge 720xd which I've recently changed the IP on through the web gui and it has since stopped working. Since the change no link lights appear on the idrac port, and both the idrac ip and DNS name are not pingable.

The network details are correct, and I've confirmed this by using the same details on another network device on the same switch port which worked fine.

On the server itself I'm able to access racadm to view the idrac details to confirm that I've not mistyped, but I'm not too well versed on what other commands I can use to get it working again. I've done a soft reset of the idrac by holding down the button for 16 seconds, but I am not able to restart the server as it is in a production environment.

The idrac has an enterprise license and was linked to our omsa however after the ip change it could no longer see it. I thought it might be a license issue and so deleted the previous entry for the idrac from omsa but have been unable to discover and re-add the new IP.

Please can anyone point me in the right direction on what I've missed?

Can you run racadm commands "racadm getsysinfo" and "racadm getniccfg" and see whether the network configuration is showing properly and Link status showing as up. You can change network setting by running "racadm setniccfg" command. Run "racadm help setniccfg" command to get the usage of this command. With this command you can go back to your initial configuration and check whether iDRAC is accessible.

Hello, did you reboot the server after problem happen?
These are the things you could consier for troubleshooting:

reset IDRAC through racadm= racadm racreset
or reset iDRAC by pressing the i button
if the iDRAC Network Port is no light, switch the port to LOM port. (change through BIOS - IDRAC settings)
also check the iDRAC port is enabled or not
