Hello @magnolija,

This is ether a hardware failure (maybe the card is faulty). Can you check the card in a different hardware? Or maybe it is a compatibility problem. And this GPU is not working, maybe it's not validated or maybe it is not working propperly.

Regards.

Hi, could you check if you are still unable to see the UEFI after just plugging out the new card?

Hello magnolija,

Can you confirm you are using slot #?

To use video output ports from GPU cards, go to BIOS to disable onboard video port first.

I use slot 2 for GPU, and disabled onboard GPU

I have normal picture on OS (Ubuntu), and Quadro 4000 properly work

I have not picture (black sceen), whan i want to enter in bios or uefi boot ...etc(F2, F10, F11, F12)

Hello magnolija,

Try a shut down. Connect a monitor to the VGA onboard video, then power up and see if you get F keys in POST.

I'll note the slot priority: The system supports one single- or double-width GPU card in PCIe slot 3.

Are you up to date in system firmware iDRAC and BIOS?

What video port are you using?

Hello Charles

My mistake in typing, slot 3, not slot 2

iDDRC and BIOS is up to date

First row with NVS300 or embedded video card

Second row with Quadro4000

Third screen is black, also is black, when i want to enter to BIOS or lifecycle controller or UEFI boot

(F2, F10, F11, F12)
