WHAT IS A ETHERNET CONTROLLER???

I seem to be missing that.  I checked it out in the Device Manager in Properties in "My Computer."  My computer just got fixed after the motherboard thing got all messed up.  I had 2 other problems with my Server, but it got fixed after I downloaded them from this site.  The internet works just fine like it has always been before.  I've been downloading stuff that was internet related, but I had no luck...Can somebody tell me how to get this ethernet controller back?? Or do I need to is the question.  thanx

Does your server have more than one network card?  Generally, speaking, an ethernet controller is usually referred to as a network card.
