There are several storage controller options for the R210 II. You can download drivers from the system support page. I would guess that you are using the chipset controller, S-100. All of the other controllers I can think of will work with native SAS drivers.

According to the original configuration for your server, no add-in RAID controller was included.
So, check your BIOS and make sure that in the settings for SATA or onboard RAID, that RAID is TURNED OFF!
Then, you will need this driver for the Intel chipset:
