It appears that you have bad data that is being corrected. (Drive appears to be #0)
Refer to the following site for clarification http://www.arkeia.com/resources/scsi_rsc.html#SenseKey
Try doing a consistency check on the volume concerned.
Make sure your firmware levels on the PERC are up to date as well.

The controller will be 0:00:7.
The format is which in your case is 0:00:0
which indicates drive 0.
