Access denied to directory Utility Partition

Access denied to directory Utility Partition On Disk 0\.
Directory \\server01\\Utility Partition On Disk 0\ was not found, or could not be accessed.
None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up.
Hi All,
We have a Dell server Poweredge 2600 currently running windows server 2003 SP1.
We recently got above error message "Access denied to directory Utility Partition On Disk 0" on our veritas backupexec 9.1. the backup job creditial is member of "Administrators" and "Backup Operator"

I know this may not related to DELL but I am woundering if anyone has seen this problem before.
Would it be a big issue and I need to take serious attention?

Thanks in advance.!

This partition has some diagnostics for your server on it. The partition isn't readable when booted to the regular OS.

I'd suggest to tell your backup application to skip that partition as it's hidden and therefor unreadable when the system is booted to it's regular OS.
