Adaptec based PERC 2 @ WIN XP system // WIN 2k3 Server Driver & Software Isssue
Hi friends,
i have a (Adaptec) PERC 2 controller in a system running WIN XP. Approx. one year ago I installed the system and it worked out just fine, with all the OpenManage Array management software (event logging, etc.). Now I had to do a reinstall. I tested win 2k3 and win xp the controller works fine, although the XP driver is not linked correctly on the download page, but I am unable to get the Management Software up and running . Can somebody please post a step by step HOWTO on how to install which software in which order??
