Add second disk and raid
Hello
I have a P1950 with 1 HD 146k -SAS
Now I must add another HD (146 K SAS) and setup raid mirror
What's best way to do this withous lost data ?

There is no way to do this safely without a backup / restore. When the SAS6/iR creates a RAID 1 mirror array from two disks, it will initialize (zero) the first few MB of both the disks to remove any latent data. This would cause your boot/partition information to be wiped from your array, rendering it useless.
