Yes, you can add another RAID 1 with different size drives. I don't foresee any issues with your plan. You can find information on the storage controller in the manual on either the system or storage controller support page.

Do you think adding 3 2TB disks with RAID 5 be better? Also does the PERC S110 support 4TB drives?

The S110 should support drives larger than 2TB. Storage controllers that support drives larger than 2TB don't typically have a maximum supported drive size specification since it is theoretical. I don't think there are any drives approaching those limits. I would review the specifications in the manual to be certain.

You should avoid parity RAID levels on a controller without write cache. It will be very poor performance, and it will affect performance across the entire controller.
