If you are using SCSI drives with a PERC controller, this is not possible.  If you are using a CERC SATA 1.5/6CH, then you should be able to reconfigure from a 4-disk RAID 10 to a 6-disk RAID 10.  You will need to do this is OpenManage Server Administrator ... Storage, CERC, Virtual Disks, Reconfigure from dropdown for RAID 10.

You could also either add additional drives to the system to use for storage (like moving contents of D: to), delete D:, then expand C:; or you can image/backup your RAID 10, delete existing RAID 10, create new RAID 10 with more/larger drives, then restore.

Well, I got some good news?   I am pretty sure this controller supports doing it.    But it's been to long since I have used these controllers so I do not know the proceedure.

I'd expect Dev or Todd to chime in soon with the proceedure on this one.

Like I said, if you have SCSI drives connected to a PERC (be it a PERC 4/DC, 4/SC, or a 4e/DC), this cannot be done.

Also ... "You can either add additional drives to the system to use for storage (like moving contents of D: to), delete D:, then expand C:; or you can image/backup your RAID 10, delete existing RAID 10, create new RAID 10 with more/larger drives, then restore."

Could I just add these as another mirror set and set it as a separate drive letter, and then just move data there (thus freeing up space on my D:\)?

If so, do I have to do anything special to do this?

Yes.  This would be the fastest and the easiest.  Nothing else special to do.
