array settings on Perc H700 for SSD's

Got a new R710 with 4x 50GB SSD's.  I had to blow away the RAID array and start again from scratch.  What settings should I use for optimal speed when using SSD's.  When the server first arrived I installed Windows 2008 Server R1 and performed a hard disk benchmark with HDTune and was getting results of around 550MB/s maximum.  After recreating the array I am now only getting around 200MB/s maximum with HDTune.  The settings I chose for the new array are

Read policy                    No Read Ahead

Write Policy                    Write back

Stripe Element size        64KB

I stupidly didn't look to see what the factory defaults were when the system arrived, what settings should I go with to get the results back up to the 550MB/s range I experienced in the beginning.

thanks

Chris

Oh didn't realise you could do a "Change Policy" on the fly through Server manager.  Changed the Read Policy to Read Ahead from No Read Ahead and HDTune results are back up to 550MB/s results.
