Arrayconfig error - No RAID Devices found -

 Hi all,

Interesting thread. I have a PW 620 in which I am trying to reinstall Win2k. I followed the messages from the forum and downloaded the driver and the Arrayconfig utility from the Dell site. (Since I have misplaced my Dell ResourceCD).

When I run the Arrayconfig utility after booting from it, I get an error message that tells me that

"No RAID Devices found".

My question is does the AIC-7899 automatically mean that I have RAID. In this case , could there be hardware issues with the RAID controller.

I am stumped.

If anyone can throw some light on this, I would appreciate it very much.
