If you have the SAS 5/6, then you cannot use that space without backing up, deleting the array, recreating a larger array, then restoring from backup.
If you have the PERC 5/6, then the only way you can utilize that space is by creating a second VD across those disks using that space. It will appear as a 139GB "disk" in the OS.

This is all dependent on your RAID controller.
