Can i boot to nvme on R610?

I have dell R610 with H310 raid controller, and i want to use nvme non raid for OS boot. The nvme is not detected in the boot menu, but it is detected in the live OS. I have even disable the raid function in the bios but still cant boot. Is there any solutions?

Note : Sorry for my bad english.

You need the following

  1. A M.2 SATA NVMe with "B" key
  2. A PCIe card with slot at least for a "B" SATA M.2
  3. SATA Cable
  4. Free port on the systemboard to connect a SATA disk which that can be used with the onboard controller

A "real" PCIe NVMe will not work because the 12 year old server cant boot from NVMe.

Hello  in my humble opinion I don't think it would be possible- an older model and and quite a recent part- not compatible.
