Converting RAID 5 to RAID 10

I have a PowerEdge 600 SC running Win2000 Server with a CERC ATA100/4 Channel RAID controller. Presently I have three 40GB drives in a RAID 5 configuration and one 40GB drive as a hot spare.

Is there a way (without starting from scratch) to convert this to a RAID 10 configuation? According to the controller info, it can run a RAID 10 configuration, but I don't see a way to reconstruct it from an existing RAID 5 setup. I am hoping to speed up database access by converting to RAID 10.

It seems like it should be possible, but I just haven't figured out how.

Thanks!

No, you have to break the RAID set before reconfiguring it. There is no way to convert as the controller needs to format the physical drives with the new RAID info...basically.
