Create a Raid Server

I have to PE1950 servers (Windows 2003 Enterprise 64-Bit) that are identical.  Is it possible to have one server setup as a raid to the other (in other words if one server failed the other server would take over just like a hard drive raid (mirror).

search google for "replication software", none of which are cheap. Used DoubleTake by NSI software, works well.

Another option would be a cluster. You would however need a shared storage solution like a SAN or SCSI/SAS solution. Some examples would be the MD3000, PV220S, Dell|EMC AX or CX3-series.
