I see that in order to configure the raid array you need a bootable floppy disk

This is not accurate. Boot to the CTRL-M utility during POST to configure RAID.

What will you be installing on it?

I was hoping to load a server os perhaps server 2012 or Ubuntu server edition. I want to use it as a file store. Thank you for the tip I will try this and let you know if it works.

When booting up the server this is what I get below:

There is no option to press CRTL + M to access raid.

BIOS Setup (F2), Integrated Devices, enable RAID on both channels, THEN you should have a CTRL-M. If you can't enable RAID, then you don't have the RAID hardware onboard and will need to use it in SCSI mode or purchase a RAID kit.
