Dell Poweredge T610: Array Disk Failure
Hello,
The following is what happening on our Poweredge T610 server this past weekend and as well a week ago..
I am getting these errors recently on a Dell T610 server and wondering what my next step would be.
All is currently running and no more errors on that disk since 4:30am today. The disk array is functional and no severity warning.
1. Do I swap the disk out?
2. Do I wait and see if the disk array becomes predictive failure? and disk has failed and redundancy is lost

Hello Robert O,
Thanks for replying back to me, appreciate it.. So we do not have any predictive failure, nor the disk going offline yet on Physical Disk 1:0:6 or any disk in the server. Logs for the controller show nothing of BadLBA's on any disk's. Can you explain to me what the following is indicating/meaning "A bad disk block could not be reassigned during a write operation"
We have not seen this error on any of our servers before and we have pretty much the same model throughout..
I have not performed the LCC hardware diagnostic as that will take the school server down and not usually possible unless we have to..
Thanks again
