Diagnostic Errors on scsi disk?

While running dell diags,  I received the following two errors on one my scsi disks and have been unable to locate any information as to what the problem is or how I should proceed.  Any thoughts?

 

Error 1:  Error Code 4400:0180 msg: smart failure prediction threshold exceeded (0-5D00)

 

Error 2:  During Self Test Short.  Error Code 4400:247E msg: completed w/ unknown error
