Hello OEHADDADS,

Was anything recently done on the server when this issue began?

Was it opened or moved or any hardware changed?

What does it do when it won't start? Do you get any error message on screen?

From the information it looks like failed drives. Check the status of your Backup. If this is important information and you don't have a backup you should consider a Data Recovery company before much work is done on the issue. Anything we do could make it more difficult or impossible to retrieve data if it is retrievable at all.

Start with a clean flea power drain, reseat cable connections and drives while shut down, boot and check results.

drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed)

Reseat drives, controller, cable connections to backplane on both ends at this time.

After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

What is the Server model?

What are you hard drive model?  You can post pictures of the labels.

Do you have any Foreign configuration on the controller?

What is your controller?

How do the drives look in the controller BIOS? You can post pictures

What is your RAID configuration?

Can you verify your system firmware up to date: iDRAC, BIOS and Controller firmware?
