driver download - RAID Controller

I have PowerEdge 2450 PIII 733 Mhz 2U with two 9gb scsi drivers. Currently installed Windows2000. I've tried to install Centos4, but it did not find hard drivers. I went to Dell Driver download site for 2450, but I'm confused what to download.

During the power on self-test, it shows that I have LSI Logic PERC as shown below.

Dell PowerEdge Expandable RAID Controller
Copyright (C) AMERICAN MEGATRENDS INC.
Press + to Run Configuration Utility.

Here are my questions.
(1) What Operating System do I choose for Centos4 from "Driver & Downloads" page?
(2) Now, I need to choose one from the dell download list. Which one do I choose to download from the list below?

Adaptec PERC2
Adaptec PERC2/Si
Adaptec PERC3/Di
Adaptec PERC3/Si
American Megatrends (AMI) PERC
American Megatrends (AMI) PERC2/DC

Dell Elite Hard Drive Diagnostics
LSI Logic CERC ATA 100
LSI Logic PERC 4/DC
LSI Logic PERC 4/Di

LSI Logic PERC3/DC
LSI Logic PERC3/DCL

Centos 04 is un-supported as an Operating System for Dell PowerEdge Servers.  Therefore it will be difficult, if not impossible to locate the proper SCSI / RAID mass storage drivers for Centos 04.   As you can see from visting support.dell.com, the PowerEdge 2450 can use on of many PERC Controllers.  To properly ID which one, call in at 1-800-822-8965 and simply ask the Technician to help you determine which PERC Controller your system has.
