Driver query

Unfortunately we have lost the administrator password to our 2003 server running on a Dell Poweredge 400SC which has 2 * 80GB IDE mirrored hard drives. The setup is as installed at the factory (ie we haven't added, removed, changed, updated etc any drivers or components)

We have ERD Commander 2003 which we know will enable us to change the password, but we cannot get it to see the windows installation. It works fine on a standard workstation, but not on the server. We think that it may possibly be to do with the disks being set up as 'dynamic'. But maybe not!!!

Can anyone tell me whether I need to load specific drivers to the ERD setup? If so, which ones and how.?

Any other ideas as to how to change the administrator password would also be appreciated. We do not have the local administrator password either (as I know there are other methods that you can use, but require this password).
