Error Code : 0F00:137B
Dear Friends,
I am new to this community. Sorry if i am posting this thread in wrong forum. I am using DELL sc440 server( RAID 1 ). I am unable to boot my server. It seems that it is not detecting the Hard Disk. After running the DELL Diagnostic tool i am getting the follwing error :
Error Code : 0F00:137B
IDE Device Failed. Blank Media or no media is present in optical drive.
Plz help me to debug the problem. As i am facing a hard time due to holiday.. waiting for your quick respose. Thnx in advance..

Hi nishant987,
Check your CDROM or DVDROM drives, the error is telling you somebody left non-bootable media in the drive. You can change the boot order in the BIOS to boot to the hard drive first, and then disable the controller to get around an actual hardware failure. If you have an actual failure call dell to get your system repaired.
