Error Messages from PERC2/DC in Array Manager

I have a PE2550 with a PERC2/DC connected up to a PV200S, and I'm getting some strange errors in Array Manager (v.3.4.1) running on Windows 2003 Server.  The firmware is 1.06 and the driver is 6.41.2.32.

I have 8 x 36GB drives in the PV200S.  Drives are labeled 0:0 to 0:3 and 0:8 to 0:11.  My first problem is that I'm getting the following error (Event ID 571) in Array Manager "PERC 2/DC Controller 0, Array Disk 0:15, Sense Key = 5, Secnse Code = 24, Sense Qualifier = 0".......

Does anyone know what or where disk 0:15 is?

My second (related) issue is that I've run the Dell OM diagnostics on the PERC2/DC card and the disks, and I get no errors...BUT... I get the same error (Event 571) for each disk as each disk is undergoing the diagnostics scan.  Is this normal????

Any information would be greatly appreciated...

G Jones,

Perhaps are you connecting both channels to the PV200S? the controller assigns the second channel controller to ID15, and your first channel is seeing it. This is the condition when you are setting up for a cluster confiuration, but here you need to either split the bus or just use 1 chanel.
