Error While Upgrading to Win2K Server

While upgrading from WinNT 4.0 to Windows 2000 Server, I get the following incompatible error message: 'Dell PERC 2 Raid Controller is incompatible with Windows 2000 Server; Setup cannot continue.' I am running a Dell PowerEdge 4300 with WinNT 4.0 How do I upgrade to Windows 2000 Server since I am getting this error message?

I believe you need to update the firmware on the PERC2 card.  Be sure to use the correct firmware for the PERC card that you have.
