Event ID 1 VDS Basic Provider error Unexpected failure. Error code: 490@01010004

Hello,

We are getting this error to the tune of over a thousand a day.  From what I've read so far MS says you can safely ignore this message,  but I just want it out of the logs!  The system is an R710 server 2008 R2 (runs our SQL stuff), no Hyper-V, no virtual clone software, but directly attached to a DELL SAN. Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
