Fireware update probleme

Hello,
 
Each time when I reboot my server I have this error :

Description:
PERC 3/DC Controller 0 current firmware 1.96T is unsupported by this release of Array Manager. Version 1.97O is required. Running with an unsupported firmware may cause loss of functionality or complete inability to manage this controller.
 
I've already download the file FRMW_WIN_R106940.EXE but I have this messages: "this update is not compatible with any device of the device detected in your system...
 
So I didn't find yet the firmware 1.97O
 
For additional information I have the power Eadge 2650.

Perc 3's are really picky about the firmware matching up correctly with the driver. If there's a mismatch in one being newer than the other it could also be causing this error. If you haven't tried so already, use the floppy disks to do the upgrade. Depending on what version you had you might have to do incremental ones as on the older backplanes they won't support flashing up several versions in one shot.
