Mujah,
If you boot to the Lifecycle Controller (F10 at Dell splash screen), then to configure RAID you would need to do the following:
1. Click OS Deployment.
2. Click Deploy OS
3. Select Configure RAID First and click Next. The RAID Configuration wizard is launched and displays the available storage controllers for configuration.
4. Select a storage controller and click Next. The supported RAID levels are displayed based on the available physical disks and the capability of the selected RAID controller.
5. Select the appropriate RAID level, click Next, and complete RAID configuration. The RAID configuration is applied to the disks, and OS Deployment wizard navigates to the page in which supported Operating Systems are listed. From there you can select the OS, and proceed with the install.
Let me know if this helps.

Could you confirm the controller installed in the server?
The only firmware update we have for the OS is the H310, the firmware update is located here - http://dell.to/1Lq23mr
If you are referring to the driver needed to see the drives within the OS install then you would need one of the following drivers.
PERC H310/H710/H710P - http://dell.to/1QhKrdF
PERC S110 - http://dell.to/1KS3Q8V
