How to determine PERC

Ok I've check already using my service tag but its no use its says "There is no configuration information associated with this system" is der another way to find out what PERC i have. thnx in advanced.

What system do you have?  Many have the PERC integrated to the motherboard, yet it is not enabled because components that enable the embedded PERC controller are not are on the system.  While the system is posting do you see one of the following "Adaptec, Ami or LSI PERC Controller" displayed?  If you would like to provide the service tag, I will look the system and determine what controller you have.
