12.10.7-001 (Link below) is the latest firmware for H800. Please note that both R320 and Cent OS are not supported server and operating system for H800 controller. So I will not be able to guarantee that update will work as it is not validated combination. OMSA does not support updating device firmware
It looks like 12.10.7-0001 was removed from the support page across multiple platforms, which could be for manye different reasons like functionality, vulnerabilities, etc. Now the reason you are seeing the prompt you are is due to the catalog, which includes 12.10.7-0001, being released before the firmware was pulled from the site. Once the new catalog is released, the issue will no longer appear.
Firmware 12.10.4-0001 is currently installed in the H800 adapter controller. Is this the last good version? Why is it not offered as a download? Why is Dell currently only offering 12.10.2? Everything is really opaque...
That's exactly what I mean... My Dell H800 adapter has the original firmware 12.10.4. Dell EMC Openmanage tells me that the firmware is outdated and that I should use version 12.10.7. Now I am told here that 12.10.7 is no longer offered for some reason. Dell only offers the old firmware 12.10.2 in the download area. Now here in the forum even the 12.10.1.
Is there something wrong with 12.10.4? Why is this not offered as the latest version for download? And what happened to versions 5 and 6? Are they also bad?

Is this the last good version?

Everything is really opaque...

Hi,
That's exactly what I mean...
Kind regards
Christof Michel
