No, because you are using the SAS 6/iR. The SAS 6/iR supports RAID or non-RAID, but they are not compatible, so you cannot convert a non-RAID disk to a RAID setup. You will need to do a backup/restore or reinstall ... or you will need to mirror them in the OS.
Now, for future reference (and buying decisions), the PERC 6/i, H700, and H710 do NOT support non-RAID, so to use a single disk, you are forced to set it up as a single-disk RAID 0, which CAN be easily converted to a 2-disk RAID 1 (or multi-disk RAID 5 or 6), while online, without affecting current data.
