There's no question here :) but Initialization is required, and if it is failing, it could be because your controller, backplane, or drive(s) are bad. I would download and run 32-bit Diagnostics on your server to be sure your hardware is good.
You might also try setting your RAID controller to SCSI in the BIOS (F2, Integrated Devices), booting to CTRL-A, Disk Utilities, and running a Verify on all the drives, then try it again.
