So when I tear Dell a new one due to their utter impoverishment of documentation, I cant go back and edit my words. Well, know this Dell. I'll never buy any of your products and I'm sorry that my company did, because I dont like incompetence, or shoddy products.
Keep in mind ... "we" are not Dell. We are Dell users/volunteers with experience using Dell products, here to help others. If you want to make a real/official trouble-ticket/complaint, you will need to contact Dell through their official support channels - by chat, by email, or by phone.
1. Of course you can edit posts ... check the little green pencil below your post.
2. Documentation for your RAID controller will be available separately, as different servers can be configured with different RAID controllers:
If no RAID option was selected when it was ordered, then software RAID (Windows/Linux) is the only option you'll have, and documentation for that you wouldn't get from Dell - you'd need to get that from a support site for your OS.
Before you call the products shoddy, keep in mind you bought their lowest-end/entry-level server - there isn't much nice to say about that model. Also, you aren't familiar yet with how to use one ... there is a learning curve whenever you switch brands (or switch from a desktop environment to the server world).

The R210 only supports the SAS 6/iR, PERC H200, PERC S100, and PERC S300:
