OS Recovery after failed Raid Conversion

Helping out a friend who has just purchased a poweredge T340. He initially purchased the system with a RAID 0 setup, since decided in converting to a RAID 1. He has purchased a like drive and was ready to go. Following online videos he

1. Changed that Sata Controller in the BIOS to Raid, which prompted him that all the data would be lost
2. Hit Ok
3. Had second thoughts, tried to reboot and found out the Bios was lying. No Operating System found message

When he order the machine, he didn't order media and the Recovery Image is Digitally Fulfilled.

Where and how do we access that so we can get the OS Installed again?

Hi,

that was a bit too quick I would say -.-

Depending on what was purchased, all digital content is stored in the Dell Digital Locker.

Here's a short guide on How to access your Dell Digital Locker.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Stefan
