PCIeTrainingError:Internal Storage out

I was setup windows server 2003 then  start update service pack 2  since friday untill today morning it still update and not finished update, and I cancle update then restart cause I want to install CentOS 5.2 instead windows server 2003 when it restart I put information operating system cd in to Dvd rom prepared to reinstall again but when it restart and it shown that

" PCIeTrainingError:Internal Storage out"
and "System Halted"

and another problem is sometime it say  "At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details."  sometime it shown that RAM=2GB , but they are 4 GB.

and I want to know what happened on my server and how to fix it.
