PE 2950 Drive wont rebuild


Good morning,

I have a Poweredge 2950 server in the company, It allows you to run an old old ESXI 3.5, there is a virtual machine under debian 7, the configuration of the disks is as follows (5 hard drives in RAID 5) 2 out of 5 discs have switched to orange LED, Since the problem cannot boot on the C drive:

I changed the 2 HS disks with 1 new one and a used one but impossible to rebuild the raid 5

Do you have any advice to recommend to me?

  1. If you loose 2 disks out of a RAID5 than your data is lost because RAID5 is single redundancy
  2. You cant use a 300GB Hotspare in a Raidset when the members are 450GB in size

therefore no option is available Currently ? 

Is data recovery via a company specializing in this field a possible solution?

and recover the data via software like MiniTool etc..
