PERC 4/DC problems in a PowerEdge 6650

I have some problems with PERC 4/DC controller in our PowerEdge 6650 and I can see LED indicators on controller show that there are some problems but I cant identify what does that signals means. I have tryed to search in the internet and found this ( http://public.support.unisys.com/pcproducts/esx/docs/DellDocs5.4/en/PERC4E_DC/chap7.htm#1059504 ) manual with description of LED codes but there is no code for my combination of LEDs. Maybe somebody know what does that mean?

D17 - On, D18 - On, D19 - On, D20 - On, D21 - Off, D22 - Off, D23 - Off, D24 - Off

And I also have D15 - blinking red
